Latest News - March 2006 SPS announces management buy-out of NIs leading storage & interior solutions provider Incumbent SPS Sales Director Ronald Hogg has purchased SPS with Colin Reid and is now Joint Managing Director with Colin. The deal was finalised on 24th March 2006. Completing the transaction marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in SPS history. Ronald Hogg said "SPS's fundamental business objectives will not change. We will continue to develop high quality storage and interior solutions using the same recognised suppliers, servicing our existing customers and welcoming new customers."
